Workshop with Carlos Roa

On March 26, 2024 the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (HIIA) hosted Carlos Roa, Visiting Fellow at the Danube Institute, who presented his recent paper on the HAIKU states: Hungary, Azerbaijan, Israel, Kazakhstan, and the United Arab Emirates.

The workshop discussed the new framework and potential opportunities for cooperation between the countries.
