Historic Chance for Peace in South Caucasus: Challenges and Opportunities

2024. On November 11, 2024 a delegation led by Elchin Amirbayov, Special Representative of the President of the Republic of Azerbaijan, visited the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (HIIA).

The delegation was welcomed by Gladden Pappin, President of HIIA, before participating in a roundtable discussion on the topic: “Historic Chance for Peace in South Caucasus: Challenges and Opportunities,” where they exchanged views with the Institute’s research staff.
