Henri Vanhanen – senior expert of FIIA

Henri Vanhanen, senior expert of the Finnish Institute of International Affairs (FIIA) visited the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade (IFAT) on 9 February 2023. Mr Vanhanen described the Finnish viewpoint on Russo-Ukrainian war, and the decision of Helsinki to join NATO. The expert discussion revolved around the issues of different scenarios, and expectations about the endgame of the war, and the future of Ukraine and the Russian Federation.
