Delegation of the Pakistani Ministry of Defence visits IFAT

On November 11, 2022, the Institute for Foreign Affairs and Trade (IFAT) received a delegation led by Lieutenant General (ret.) Hamood Uz Zaman Khan, Secretary of the Ministry of Defence of Pakistan.

During the meeting, the Pakistani delegation outlined the key security challenges facing their country and highlighted the impact of the floods that have hit the country this year. The meeting also discussed the global consequences of the war between Russia and Ukraine, as well as ways to cope with the common challenges facing Hungary and Pakistan. During the successful meeting, both sides stressed the importance of continuing the dialogue.
