Lillian Zsófia ARONSON

Lillian Zsófia Aronson serves as Research Assistant of the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in International Politics and a Master of International Affairs with specializations in Middle Eastern Security Studies and International Business and Economics from the Pennsylvania State University. Her research examines how conflict and power competition shape the Middle East and North Africa and is informed by extensive travel and field experience across the region. She completed the Institute’s Future Leaders Program and joined HIIA’s team as a research assistant in February 2024.
