Dr. András RÁCZ

András Rácz is a security policy expert and researcher specializing in Russia and the post-Soviet region, who has been studying Euro-Atlantic security and the political and military developments in Eastern Europe and the former Soviet Union for more than a decade and a half. He previously served as a researcher at the German Council on Foreign Relations (DGAP) and as a senior analyst at numerous domestic and international research institutes. As Deputy Director General for Research and Scientific Affairs, he is responsible for overseeing the research and academic work of the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs, as well as for further strengthening the Institute’s professional activities.
