In this high-level panel discussion, we will explore how the Western tradition of natural rights can strengthen the civilizational cooperation between the United States and Europe. The conversation will examine the foundations of rights amid today’s shifting geopolitical landscape, and will address the challenges facing the Western alliance, as well as the opportunities emerging from our shared civilizational commitments.
