Teimuraz Janjalia, Deputy Foreign Minister of Georgia, held a discussion with Hungarian government officials, as well as experts from think tanks and academia, at the Hungarian Institute of International Affairs (HIIA). Topics included Georgia’s European Union membership path and the role that the Hungarian EU presidency may play in this regard. The Deputy Foreign Minister, as well as Ambassador Péter Sztáray, State Secretary for Security Policy and Energy Security (Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Trade), both held keynote speeches at the event.
