He obtained his degree in political science in 2009 from Babeș-Bolyai University in Cluj-Napoca, incorporating a one-year leadership training program in Denmark. He then graduated as a lawyer in 2015 from the University of Bucharest. He studied security policy at the Budapest Academy of Diplomacy, a diplomatic training program of the National University of Public Service, which had just started at that time. He earned a Master of Law at the University of Debrecen, followed by a doctoral degree from the National University of Public Service in 2023. He worked at the cultural and protocol department of the Hungarian Consulate General in Cluj-Napoca, and subsequently enriched his lecturing, teaching, and research experience at domestic and foreign universities.
